COVID-19 Announcement

To Enwork Reps & Dealer Partners: 

On Tuesday, March 24th, the State of Michigan issued a stay-at-home order to fight the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Enwork will return to work on May 1st.

We are committed to helping you and your customers as best we can. Most of our Enwork office staff is working remotely, and are connected to the internal business systems. 

  • Customer Care is available by phone and email during normal business hours. 
  • The Design Team will continue to support your product and project requests. Current quote turnaround time is approximately 3 days. 
  • Most production will suspend during this time (see note below). Orders will be reacknowledged with updated ship times as soon as possible.
  • Material samples and literature requests are being fulfilled twice per week. 

Essential Orders: If possible, we will produce orders that directly support the COVID-19 pandemic. Examples include products that will install immediately in hospital cafeterias or patient care spaces. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope you, your customers, and communities stay safe and healthy during this uncertain time.
