UGC Policy

Introduction
This policy outlines the terms for submitting and sharing User Generated Content (“UGC”) on Enwork’s websites and social media channels. By contributing UGC, you agree to these terms.
Definition of UGC
UGC includes any content you submit, post, or share on Enwork’s websites or third-party social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, and Pinterest (“Social Media Channels”). This includes, but is not limited to, comments, reviews, photos, videos, and other materials.
By submitting UGC, you acknowledge that:
- Enwork may use, share, and distribute your content across its platforms;
- you are responsible for the content you submit and its consequences;
- UGC is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
User Responsibilities & Permissions
By submitting UGC, you confirm that:
- you are of legal age in your place of residence;
- your UGC does not infringe on copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, or other third-party rights;
- you have legal permission to share the content and any identifiable individuals in it;
- your UGC is lawful and does not contain harmful, offensive, or misleading material.
License Grant to Enwork
By submitting UGC, you grant Enwork a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publicly display your content across marketing, digital media, websites, and promotional materials.
You also grant other users of Enwork’s platforms a non-exclusive license to access and engage with your UGC.
Moderation & Enforcement
Enwork reserves the right to review, edit, remove, or refuse any UGC for any reason, including:
- legal violations or intellectual property infringement;
- inappropriate, misleading, or harmful content;
- any other reason at Enwork’s discretion.
Additionally, Enwork may:
- disclose your identity if a third party claims your UGC violates their rights;
- cooperate with law enforcement when required;
- suspend or terminate access to its platforms if users violate these terms.
Social Media Content & #YesEnwork Consent
If you tag Enwork’s social media accounts or use designated hashtags, we may request permission to use your content. If you reply #YesEnwork, you grant Enwork the right to use your content across all marketing and promotional channels.
You confirm that:
- your content does not violate third-party rights;
- you have necessary permissions to grant Enwork usage rights;
- you release Enwork from any claims related to its use of your content.
Liability & Indemnification
Enwork is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or content of UGC. By submitting content, you agree to:
- waive and release Enwork from any claims related to its use;
- indemnify and hold harmless Enwork from any damages or expenses resulting from your UGC.
